    From 6/11/22 to 6/15/22 we stayed at Sand Dunes resort. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds paying $1084. When we arrived it was confirmed our room had 2 queen beds. When we went to the room the beds were not queen they were 2 double. I went to the front desk and asked and was told the unit was 2 queens. We got a measuring tape & measured & the beds were 54" not 60". I went back to the front desk and was told queen size beds could be different sizes - not true. Then I was told the owner puts the beds in - again not true. They have advertisements on their wall with the same look of the room which means they all look the same but some rooms have queen and some have double - they gave me the wrong one and wouldn't own up to it. Then the girl said even if they did give me the wrong room there is not a price difference- not true! I looked it up and there is a price difference. I do not like to be lied to and this was 3 lies in one conversation with 2 front desk clerks. This resort is selling services that are not being provided. Spending more money than should have been. I wasn't asking for anything but a confession. Now I want everyone to know this is a dishonest business and the service they receive may not be what they asked for.
