I bought a 2021 model RV back in 2020. I've had several things wrong with it. Everything has been fixed except for a couple items going on 3 years. I had 2 windows replaced recently. I looked at the. Outside after he's left and the old Glue from the old window is still on my RV. I called in backup he came back out says he cannot get it off because hes not going up to the top of the window well he got. On my slide to put the window in so why did he not take the old glue off when he was up there before? He left plus I waited over a year and a 1/2 for these windows. They came in and the trim ring inside that holds the window in did not match up with the new windows so they had to order new trim rings. To match the new told me it would take 7 dayes it took almost 4 months. Plus he replaced some wallpaper a couple months ago did a terrible job. It's all wrinkled up towards the top. He was supposed to replace it. He said he had to pay per on the truck but it was all wrinkled up. So he has to order new paper? That was has been going on now 4overayear I called the business and tried to speak to his boss ****. I've left messages no phone calls returned I have called there 4 times. I would not recommend carolina r v to anybody very terrible
