Horrible service I had to get the police involved to get my personal things out of my car even the police said they were unprofessional.lying to me and cops to our faces that shows what kind of business they run here.horrible customer ********************** I shouldnt even put them two in the same sentence I was treated like scum the whole time by the owner manager and daughter of the owner just for the police to prove them wrong about there lies . What happened to I cant get my stuff its a private property tow.when the cop got there now its they dont have proof Im the owner. Really crazy experience and I will be pursuing with legal action to make sure this business is shut down.and all this for them to be wrong about everything they are scammers the worst kind at that.Review from rosa b

Lady who answered the phone is very RUDE, I was calling from a ************* she was awful to speak with and she ended my call with her yelling at me and hung up the line, TERRIABLE CUSTOMER **********************

We were towed by this company because we had an accident, and the police brought them in. Not only are the employees completely disrespectful but they issued an illegal Notice of Lien on our car causing our credit rating to go down 115 points. When we called to get things straightened up the women we spoke to lied to us countless times on the call. Then when we called the President of the company to get things fixed, he did not take the call and never called us back. I would have given them no stars at all, but you have to select at least one (1) in order to leave a review.Quality Towing & Service Center Response

I am sorry that ******************** is upset. I don't know what vehicle this is, so I can not pull the paperwork.That being said, it would have been explained to him when he called that, by law, we must begin the "filing" process on a vehicle when is it has been here 5 to 7 days. By law I have that time to start the search for the owners/lien holders to inform them where the vehicle is located. Again, because I have no information on the vehicle, I don't know how long it was here or if it is still here. Any further explanation needed, we would need more information about the vehicle.Thank you I do apologize that our responses upset the customer, but I have to obey the law.Review from Eddie C

This business is garbage. They are very rude and all they care is about money. They should be ashamed of themselves but they aren't and act like they are above anyone and above the law. And forgot to mention all of them are a bunch of racist people.Review from Shan C

Thank you to Quality Towing and especially ****** for his patience and helpfulness when our car needed to be towed to our house last night. It was a bit more complicated as our ***** was completely out of juice at midnight on a very busy road. Thank you thank you. We will recommend you!Quality Towing & Service Center Response

Call this company after a different company had my family wait 6 hours then canceled on us. However, Quality Towing & Service Center was amazing. I placed my call and within 30 minutes Matt showed up. Matt was very courteous and professional. Matt handled our needs in 15 minutes thanked us for our business and we were all on our way. At 4 in the morning after waiting since 10pm Matt and Quality Towing & Service Center were life savers and a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much.
