I am writing to formally complain about the extremely unprofessional and disturbing experience I had with Business Quality Towing. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention, as they reflect poorly on your company's reputation and business practices.Firstly, I was shocked to learn that a 12-year-old child was allowed to sign paperwork on my behalf. This is not only unethical but raises serious concerns about the business's policies and responsibilities.Additionally, when I attempted to retrieve my vehicle, I was met with an upcharge, which I found to be completely unjustified. The situation escalated when the lady working at the office threatened me, and the manager used profanity when interacting with me. As a result, I had to involve law enforcement, only to be further disrespected. When the officers arrived, they were also met with hostility and disrespect from your staff. The situation culminated in one of the employees making a degrading remark, saying, "Now I shouldnt give you your truck back, you stupid bi**."When I asked the ***** lady her name to file a proper complaint, she refused to provide it, stating, "None of your business."This is only a portion of what I experienced, and I must say, I deeply regret not checking reviews beforehand. My insurance company selected this towing service, but I will certainly be advising against using your business in the future and warning others of the poor treatment I received.I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously and address these issues with the staff involved. This behavior is completely unacceptable and dangerous

We are sorry that you had such a bad experience with our company, however, unless we are provided more detailed information about the tow in question, we are unable to address with the staff involved. Please feel free to contact us or respond to this complaint and provide - date of tow - time of tow - type of car - customers name - something - so we can pull up our audio/video footage of the incident and address and reprimand any staff involved.Thank you.Review fromNatilie M.

1 starHorrible service I had to get the police involved to get my personal things out of my car even the police said they were unprofessional.lying to me and cops to our faces that shows what kind of business they run here.horrible customer ********************** I shouldnt even put them two in the same sentence I was treated like scum the whole time by the owner manager and daughter of the owner just for the police to prove them wrong about there lies . What happened to I cant get my stuff its a private property tow.when the cop got there now its they dont have proof Im the owner. Really crazy experience and I will be pursuing with legal action to make sure this business is shut down.and all this for them to be wrong about everything they are scammers the worst kind at that.Review fromrosa b

We were towed by this company because we had an accident, and the police brought them in. Not only are the employees completely disrespectful but they issued an illegal Notice of Lien on our car causing our credit rating to go down 115 points. When we called to get things straightened up the women we spoke to lied to us countless times on the call. Then when we called the President of the company to get things fixed, he did not take the call and never called us back. I would have given them no stars at all, but you have to select at least one (1) in order to leave a review.Quality Towing & Service Center

I am sorry that ******************** is upset. I don't know what vehicle this is, so I can not pull the paperwork.That being said, it would have been explained to him when he called that, by law, we must begin the "filing" process on a vehicle when is it has been here 5 to 7 days. By law I have that time to start the search for the owners/lien holders to inform them where the vehicle is located. Again, because I have no information on the vehicle, I don't know how long it was here or if it is still here. Any further explanation needed, we would need more information about the vehicle.Thank you I do apologize that our responses upset the customer, but I have to obey the law.Review fromEddie C

Thank you to Quality Towing and especially ****** for his patience and helpfulness when our car needed to be towed to our house last night. It was a bit more complicated as our ***** was completely out of juice at midnight on a very busy road. Thank you thank you. We will recommend you!Quality Towing & Service Center

This customer also put through a complaint case #15072691. The case has been closed with BBB. We responded as best we could. We are sorry that she felt her experience with our company was nothing but negative. We wish her well.
