1 starI have had an awful experience since day one. They promise you a vacation at a discounted price And then charge you for a whole completely different price then they dont tell you when you confirm the reservation it charges you another huge fee. Then when you call back they tell you they can refund you just to provide you with 2 other numbers to call just to tell you them cant refund you. They overdrafted my card by not telling me the truth. The price I paid I could have definitely found something half the price. I have reported it to my bank and got legal action. Listen to the reviews these people are scammers.Review fromdarcelle r

Reviewing our vacation plans, we discovered we had double booked one of the trips. ****** ****** assured us that we could re-schedule our vacation. He walked us through each step. 3 starsThe folks at Monster Reservation Group are great, but Trade Show Travel is a scam. DO NOT BUY A PACKAGE FROM TRADE SHOW TRAVEL! First they offer you a great travel opportunity, and you're told you only have to pay regular hotel fees (you know, the daily fees and parking and whatnot), but they you get inundated with calls asking you to spend hundreds more on pre-booking fees, because its more expensive to book when you are ready to travel. I figured out the cost for these resort areas are way more than what I would pay to be booking plans on my own, especially since this is for all-inclusive resorts, and if I'm traveling I want to experience the area where I am, not their wonderful resort with all the features that make you not want to leave the premises. Never got anything from them in black and white, just a welcome letter telling me how much I spent. I've been scammed out of $1300 last year, and now have to write it off and pay interest on the charges, because I'll never be able to go on a vacation with them.Review fromJada K
