ZERO STARS!!! I went there for a specific vehicle was sold the vehicle being told I'll only need to replace the radio, got to the stereo repair shop and they removed the radio no wires was there which would cost me between $1000-$2500, with the wires missing also meant I had no hazard lights at all, they told me they put the raido in so they seen that it was missing wires but failed to mention the wires was not there... After I got refunded my money the owner called and text me threatening me and threatened to get a claim through cash app to take my money back if I did a bad review on ******... I don't like threats... After I posted a review on ****** leaving 1 star I received a text from the owner telling me "it is on" and he then proceeded to create ********** ads with my number attached in *******, **, **, ** and ** my phone has not stopped ringing since I posted my review... I was happy he refunded my money it was only right since it's against the law for a dealership to sell a vehicle with no hazard lights... But was very disappointed to find out he was already trying to sell it again before I even left, no one even had a chance to look at it or fix it before they tried to get someone else in it... WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

I seen a car that was listed on car gurus, that was at Brand car for sale. I contacted company spoke to Tarres, asked was everything good with the car, and he stated that the car was in excellent condition. So I then let him know that I was interested. I went to complete the credit application but could not tie it to that vehicle because they didnt have it on their website yet. I was told by Tarres that he can tie the vehicle once the application is completed. He then reached out to me to say it was approved and I can put $500 to hold the vehicle. So I sent the money via Zelle. He stated that they can hold the vehicle for up to 3 weeks since I am 3 hours away. Ok fine. I called back 5 days later when I went onto there website just to look at the vehicle to see that! It has a SALVAGE/REBUILT TITLE WHICH WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME!! I called the dealership and spoke to **** and made him aware that I was never told that the title was salvaged !! I was still gonna see if they had any other vehicles that I would be interested in that did not have a salvage nor rebuilt title and I didnt see anything that I would still wanna drive 3 for. I called them back and told them that I did not want to proceed and asked for a refund and ****** stated that he will call me bk. When he called me back he stated that they will not be able to give me a refund because they held the vehicle even though he was not honest about the vehicle! So I ask if he can have the owner give me a call and his response was he gonna say the same thing but he will let him know! I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW! Ive been in sales for **************************************************************************************************** a refund. I gave this company the benefit of doubt even looking at all of the bad reviews in which I should not have because look now I am out of $500. They had no remorse what so ever! It really broke my heart because I trusted him! Terrible business!

A young lady from the dealership posted a *************************************** so I asked what the different fees would be for this $3000 car. She came back with a message and told me that the car which was $3000 base price would be $3800 with tax title and license. Then expressed my dismay because I believe she was quoting me the full $500 tax however in the state of ************** that is not an accurate cost. And then questioned why a $3000 car would have $800 in tax title license and dealership fees because 30% seemed pretty high to me and oh by the way Im a former finance and insurance guy that was in the car business for a very long time and understand it quite well, especially considering I was born and raised here in ************** and what the South Carolina laws Pertaining to selling vehicles which include taxes and dealer fees Her response when I question this, as I was still interested in coming down there and handing them cash and driving the car home, washer simple response of. I dont think Im the dealership for you have a great day and then proceeded to block me and shut down the conversation. Not once was rude I asked for a breakdown of the fees, and a Carfax so I knew the Issue with this title. Was it race, Intellect, or they don't like money?Because of her extremely unprofessional actions, I did a 1 star ****** review and shared this with my social network (VFW, CHURCH, AMERICAN LEGION) and every online group that Im a part of.I should also mention that while in the car business, I trained sales people on how to address questions such as these in a way that was not aggressive, but certainly was supported. It is painfully obvious there is no training, no leadership, and no education on the appropriate fees to charge ($350 too much on tax for this one)Again, I asked questions. I did not argue. I did not accuse. I did not say anything inappropriate but all I got was you dont need to come here. We dont want your business?

I did not have a good experience. Had to wait over 2 months to get a title they never told me the car was a flood damage truck at all. I had to get ***** involved to get my title they gave me the run around for that unit then. Yes I know I brought a used car but the horn does not work, trunk does not open and I told them this they told me its a fuse. When I asked can I bring it so their mechanic can check it i was told change out the fuses. Smmfh I wish I didnt go to them but I can say one person helped me the most and it was Mr.****. ****** as a woman I will bring a mechanic with me and check everything on the car

One of the dealers threatened to slap me in the face after requesting the title for a vehicle they had already sold me, did not have the title to the vehicle they sold me. Had to get SCDMV involved for assistance. The owner is the son of a local scam salesman named ****, **** has a long history of doing this kind of stuff and makes most of the sales for Brand Car.

I had a very good experience at Brand Car. I went in looking for something fast and fun and comfortable and ended up walking out with my 2015 Infiniti Q50. At the prices of the vehicles and knowing most have a salvage history, I bought with the expectations of needing to repair a few things, every other Q50 with a salvage title was going for $12-14k and I got mine from Brand Car for $7500. People need to understand they aren't buying new cars for the prices asked and thus shouldn't expect perfect running cars with 0 issues.
