    i purchased a brother pr680w embrodiery machine and it comes with a stand which i didnt get . i contacted brother usa and this is their reply Response By ***** (*****) (10/24/2023 12:06 PM)Dear *****,We have researched your information and the dealer has advised that the stand he referred to on the receipt, is the mounting jig for the cap frame driver. He states he calls it a stand and was not referring to the ** stand for the machine.     I am so sorry to read of your discontent. I thought that my work at saving you over 5k on this purchase would put a smile on your face. I also worked with you to hold the special price, while you waited for your credit card so that you could purchase the machine. We listed what was included with the product on our web page.

    We did have a misunderstand that you had to pay for the unit before it was ordered and you did make the unannounced trip to our store arriving at closing where we explained that for you.

    I did provide the 6-needle playbook as a gift to you for your troubles.
    I also provided you with a extra bonus ****** thread set as well. I have your signature on our receipt confirming the delivery of the product along with your drivers license. I have called you twice today and you have failed to answer my calls or return them. I do want to make you a satisfied customer however you are not making that possable by ignoring our efforts.

    We spoke with Ms. ************ when she took delivery of her product and explained in detail what was in fact included with her order. She accepted the order and signed her receipt. She also provided her drivers license. When going over the order with her we did offer her the Table /stand that the machine sits on at a reduced price that she turned down remarking that her husband would simply build her one.

    After reading the complaint filed here as well as reading public forum complaints we did reach out and offer her a no cost table /stand in exchange for her removing negative post and or comments by her and her friends or family and signing a document that she would refrain from doing so in the future. We also requested that she would accept that item this would conclude our business dealing on this purchase and that she would agree that she was 100% satisfied.  She has refused this offer.

We do have an order with the same billing address as the customer on this complaint but under a different name. Our staff has worked closely with the customer that placed the order to try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
