      I usually enjoy my visits to SRP, however, I felt that something wasn't right. I entered to get cash. No one greeted me, ok. However, there were four or five representatives, however, only one motioned to come. The others did not speak or indicated that they were ready for service. Upon my leaving, I say two ladies walk in, I could hear that one who walked in in front of the other lady was greeted nicely. She received an early indication that they were ready for service. I feel that all customers should be treated well. I felt that because of my color, I did not receive good customer service.

      This complaint is regarding a vehicle loan we have with the credit union. I changed insurance companies in December and there was no lapse in coverage. I received 1 letter from the credit union notifying me that the credit union would purchase insurance for my vehicle if I did not provide proof of coverage by the 12th of February. I did not receive an email or text message even though I have these services activated. I uploaded my information as directed on the 9th of Feb. 2023 and received an e mail confirmation. On the 15th, I noticed that that 2 $85.00 charges were charged to my account, and my car payment was increased by $170 the stated month. I contacted the stated insurance Co. and was told that a policy was never issued for this account as they had received the required information. I contacted the credit union regarding when the charges would be removed and I was informed that it could be 3 weeks, and I would have to pay the inflated car payment this month. I spoke with a manager with no resolution. The increased car payment by $170 could be a hardship to someone, and it is ridiculous that it takes 3 weeks to get a reversal on a charge that should have never been applied.

      The bank is making money from adding up over draft fees. I have tried to set up a time to speak with a banker but never get a call back. They allow transactions to go through just so they can charge the $35 over and over again. Compared to other banks who do not even charge OD fees this is ridiculous.
