    I tried to get glasses from this business in December 2021. They still have not gotten the glasses correct where I can see and I have asked for a refund and was never given one. The last time I went there I was told they were getting new lenses for the frames and they would expedite them. I called again today and they never ordered the lenses and the office manager would speak to me at the end of the day. I feel like I keep getting the runaround from them instead of a refund or a working pair of glasses. The way the glasses currently are that they gave me have the nose pads pushed all the way up so that the lenses go above my eyebrows so I can see out of them somewhat. It's uncomfortable and not practical especially since I still can't fully see out of them that way. Thanks!
