However, the investigation was closed on July 9th due to incomplete product description We are very curious and worried that only UPS would have such a strange excuse to search for this package because searching would increase the workload. We have used the services of other carriers such as DHL and FedEx, and have never had such an issue before We cannot see our cooperation break down, nor can we see customer loss. Please consider continuing to search for this package and make sure to find it. Attached are detailed pictures, videos, and materials of this package As far as lam concerned , we find your companies ashandling agents partners seems without any discuss togetherhow to make that as smoothly as possible.Your company slogan is“Customer First", l cannot find your team positive attitude andwithout any considering for customer care We always support UPS service as our consolidationpartner. think, l am no need always involved your business and toldyours what UPS need do.
