Had Williford roofing install replacement windows. Windows were measured by the company they purchased the windows through .The width of the windows are not the right size . The crew had to put wood and spray foam to fill in the large gap between the window frame and wall . Not measured correctly by the person Williford had come out and measure . We met with the supervisor Deven S**** one time and when he took his tape measure at the kitchen window he stated “ Well you k ow how long it takes to get new windows “ . Never once offered to replace them . Told us he can give us what ever we want however at our expense! There would be no interior work needed if the windows were measured correctly . In fact one of the crew even whispered to me when he saw the octagon window was too small stated “ whoever measured your windows should be fired ! I was stunned cause I thought they were the ones that measured them . My husband was the one that was suppose to handle all this however we both own the home . The men tried to cover the area up with shoe molding which is not ok by me. Depreciated the value of my home which we had the windows installed for resale . I told them to stop . I was out of town from October 8 th to November 19th 2022 and had health issues when I got back to town that took all my time in 2023 so I was more concerned about my health than the windows . My husband had them come back and finish the job while I was gone and I told him not to pay them even though he did until the job was complete to both of our satisfaction. I feel he was coerced into paying them cause they only wanted the money and don’t care about the consumer . Was suppose to show up pictures of home they installed windows in and they never did . The supervisor get stating most people want wood trim cause that’s what they have in high end homes! Well I did not have wood trim when they came to measure and I don’t want wood trim now !! Absolutely disgusted with this company !
