*WARNING* Do not spend $30,000 with this company Customer service is terrible it promises a six-figure income in 2 years but the reality is that you won't even be close. As an SDR after taxes, you will be lucky to make $3,000 with inflation, rent, bills, emergencies, and a $500 bill that goes to prehired you are left struggling barely being able to pay. If you choose to miss one payment it automatically goes to default with court fees ($10,000+) ruining your credit your life and your financial future. The company does not care about mental health or problems that you face it just cares about the bottom line of collecting the $500 every month. Stay away from the company, the training is mediocre and most of the time you have to do the work yourself to get hired and not automatically get placed like promised. STAY AWAY

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/31) */ Hi *******, We agree that mental health and good customer support are both vital. We also know it can be easy to forget previous interaction when stressed, so this is a quick summary: Our founder / CEO, Josh, personally got involved to help you from September through now, especially given the painful family and job losses you've been through. He agreed to a payment deferral when he called you on September 20. After that, in your October 19 email exchange with him, he mentioned: "We had a good call in Sept 20th where I deleted your Sept invoice and moved your October invoice from the 1st to the 11th, in order to get your account out of default." He then deferred the late $500 payment to October 21. On October 21, he deferred the due date again, to October 28. He also lowered it from $500 to $300. He allowed the other $200 to be made up by November 15. He wrote: "After reviewing your last 3 months bank statements, we can extend you additional support. If you make a payment of $300 by Friday of next week, and make up the missing $200 by November 15th, then we can hold back your default today." He has emailed with you since then, including on the day you filed this complaint. Given our founder / CEO's several attempts to help you, and your agreement to the deferred and reduced payments he offered you, we're hurt to see you saying we don't care. We're also disappointed to see your false claims about our business. We don't offer automatic job placement. We have never claimed to. Our business is helping you to get hired by learning to prospect for jobs as a professional salesperson, with 1:1 mentoring to guide you. We also don't promise a 6-figure income in 2 years. Our job guarantee is $60,000, with at least $40,000 of that from base pay and the rest for commission. Our members average $69,000 offers, with many above that. If you want help getting a better job and are willing to abide by the Code of Conduct you agreed to when joining, we can help you get a better job. You were professional with us in the past, and we hope you can be again, so we can keep helping you.

I joined this program which is now being shown as a scam Via a class action lawsuit - see https://www.atg.wa.gov/news/news-releases/ag-ferguson-files-lawsuit-shut-down-predatory-tech-sales-program-recover-money - Ive already spent Thousands of Dollars for a useless course and cant get out of payments. During covid i lost my job and ran across an ad that at the time made sense but as i have matured as a person i see how this was a scam. Pre hired is currently filing for bankruptcy and has taken thousands from me and plenty of other desperate people in these trying times. I would love for the BBB to act similar to Washington and grant some form of protection against such a predatory company.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/17) */ Hi ****, We acknowledge that people saying things about us raises doubts, as does our current bankruptcy court process. Yet that's why we can all be thankful for the legal system. It's a neutral-third party specialized in deciding what's fair given according to the legal agreements. We feel hurt by you calling us a scam, especially after we've worked with you since you joined in April 2020. We helped you get hired in October 2020. If you need help finding another job, we can pair you with a mentor as before to help you get rehired. You were professional in working with us in the past, so please help us understand what you're going through. We want to help. With that in mind, what are your current grievances with us, ****?
