  Businesses personally, I would not use this towing company. They have no respect for people property regardless of doing your job. You still need to handle people property with care ESPECIALLY if it’s not being towed for non- payment and is just because of parking issues within an apartment. I would not recommend using them. I plan to sue this driver personally because he has messed up my suspension just by dropping my car like it was nothing and just bust my tire. Definitely wouldn’t call them even to pick you up off the side of the road. BBB NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN

  This company are bunch of scam artists. They towed my car late at night. saying it was double parked. I know my passenger side was close to the line. Due to the vehicle on driver side being close to the line as well. Hence when I got out my car, I made sure that my tires were not on or over the white line. When I got on site for the towing company. I ask if I could see any proof that I was over the white line and Doubled Parked. They told me that they had photos. I requested to see said photos. The photos were only pictures of the driver side and not on the passenger side where I was supposedly double parked. If I was double parked as they said, why did they not take a profile picture of the passenger side of the vehicle. Or even better a photo back to front Showing that my tires where on the line/over the line. They are trying to rip people off by hold people's cars as hostages. What else is pretty sketchy they won't take cards only cash.

  Just moved in to my apartment, no parking spaces were available, so I parked on gravel. Woke up to go to work, my car was gone. Had to call police to find out In&Out towed my car. 315 dollars to get my car and they don't accept cards. Complete RIP off!! But obviously it doesn't matter how shady and corrupt this place is they're still in business under a different name Victoria something LLC. BBB apparently isn't doing anything about the F rating.

  They towed my car and it was the ugliest car in the parking lot there was five other cars that were way more valuable than mind it just survived a tree last Friday

  Where is the 0 star. Seems the comments all match up about how rude, unprofessional, & scammy this company is. Same think happened at my apartment complex. My truck tires slightly over the line because of the next car parked crazy. They came & got it that night. They like sharks in the water in apartment complexs. The lady who answers the phone is rude & short. And the guy in charge is no better.

  Very Frustrated;My truck was towed on Tuesday morning around 4:00am when I was almost ready for work at 5:00am., from the apartment complex where I live., They claimed I was doble parked .,when I was only 6 inches touching the other parking space., I talk to the Apartments Administrator she said they were not supposed to come in there at all., They did wrong and they gave me a fine for $230 dls. If I can I will file a suit to these abusive mtfrs.

  My son’s car was towed from his apartment complex 8/5 early in the morning. He parked next to another car in the pouring rain and did not realize he was about six inches on the other side of the white line. The complex has a contract with in n out to put a sticker on a vehicle allowing 24 hours to move the car or then it will be towed. They towed the car with no warning. We waited Sunday for more than two and a half hours to get his car back during the time they were supposed to be open. They kept telling us someone would come eventually. We finally had to leave. The next day we went back and they charged us more money than the original $211 we were quoted because we failed to pick it up Sunday. We spoke with the manager of the complex and they did not request the car be towed. It seems like a crime to tow cars at their discretion and then refuse to allow people to get their cars then charge more money for not picking up their car. This company is criminal.

  These people is unprofessional as hell , they tow my car because the claim I was park in a no parking zone , I wasn’t . I ask them to show me proof or prove it , they couldn’t . They adding all type of extra fees and the guy is very very disrespectful. He told me “f*uck off, that’s why I got your car “ BIG SCAM. They are holding my car and trying to make me pay extra because they are holding my car . I came to get my car on July 3rd , they wouldn’t not release my vehicle or at least bring it up front. Very unprofessional. July 4th , one guy told me to be at the gate 8am , I’m here at 8am and they switch and said 10am. There communication is horrible, or unless he just giving me the run around for MY vehicle that yall SHOULDNT have touch . These people are scamming “CASH ONLY” won’t even accept a payment thru card.

  No STARS ! I’ve Been living in my apartment complex for 5 years now never had a tow company toe my car let alone have a sketchy guy drive a normal car come around at 3 am looking & pressing in the hood of cars. They towed my car because they claimed i was double parked , when i wasn’t . We called this morning & they said they did not in fact have my vehicle . When we got there had to call at the gate & the guy says he didn’t have my vehicle when I’m in fact lookin at my vehicle while on the phone with him . Charged 315 when it hadn’t been over 24 hours “CASH ONLY” rude distasteful charged extra fees for their equipment they are using they are stealing peoples money .
