      It said it had a fully stocked kitchen with cooking pots. We had to check into another very pricey hotel for our last night bc the night before I woke up to my 2 young children screaming in terror bc of cockroaches in the bedroom. I killed 1 of 3. We didn’t sleep at all that night as my kids were so upset and we were trying to all fit 3on the sleeper sofa. So no sleep then had to pay extra money -hotel room expensive! unpack/repack, throw out expensive groceries. And the kitchen does even have a boiling pot. I have photo/video doc of all. The can opener so rusted out it didn’t work. Had to spend a fortune on cooking pots just so I could cook my kids meals then throw away a lot of money on groceries. They would only refund one night which I thought was beyond rude of them, Rude from the start , we lost a whole nights sleep and basically ended up spending and wasting 800 extra dollars on our vacation we didn’t anticipate. Who doesn’t have just one regular cooking pot? And who doesn’t go above and beyond for their guests when they lose sleep have to exhaust themselves lacking/ unpacking luggage and throwing our expensive grocerieand booking a last available expensive hotel room nearby. They were inconsiderate and rude from the start. Don’t stay at this place or port o call and don’t trust one key vacation rentals. They lied never got my refund and it’s not enough. They said the offered 458.28 refund was a 15 percent refund. My groceries were over 375 and we had to throw most things out. The hotel room we had to book was 496.46 in cost plus 30 dollars for parking. Not to mention losing sleep a lot of neimeyer exhaustion and just horrible customer service. I already reviewed on ****. & THAT review won’t show up for 2 weeks. Never stay at port of call DUMP or use Carolina one vacay rentalsl.and Carolina one and these owners care nothing for their renters and their families. My online review thru **** won’t post for 2 weeks
