      April 15th, 2023 I went to this rental jet ski place called Action water sports. I paid for my partner and I. The people I met there gave the merchant a card to pay for their rentals, which declined. The merchant said we had to leave our cards with him while we were using the jets ski. After we were done I checked my bank account and realized I was double charged. When I went to see why I was double charged and to get my card he told me that the people I met there did not pay for their rental and so he charged me without me being present while he made this transaction, nor did he get authorization from me to do that. I did not sign anything saying I would pay for the others that did not pay. The merchant said I signed documentation that I would but when asking him to provide that documentation he could not find it, he just said its in here somewhere. He was very rude and unprofessional. I feel like he has done this before to other people. I would just like to get my $250 that I was charged for. Thank you.
