    Unfortunately, our fishing trip was cancelled due to weather, we recieved rainchecks for this. We leave to go home to **** on Thursday. We attempted to reschedule for Wednesday night because that was the only availability, after trying for several minutes to understand their policy of requiring a credit card to be kept on file for already purchased tickets, I was hung up on and treated extremely poorly by the lady answering the phones. Mocking me on the phone and then hanging up on me when I clearly said I do not understand...is wrong in any circumstance and worse for business behavior. We purchased our tickets already, they already have been paid, so there is absolutely no reason to obtain a credit card to keep on file "in case we don't show up or show up with four tickets instead if five" as the lady stated. This makes no sense and I will not be giving anyone at their business my credit card number. We attempted to call back after being hung up on and then went to voice-mail. For documentation purposes, a voice-mail was left with name, return number, and reason for call. Honestly, I am concerned about their ability to safely take my family out in the ocean if this represents their business ethics.

    The tickets were not purchased though us. They were purchased through Groupon therefore we would not have any credit cad information on file for his costumer. We do not hold seats without payment for any type of ticket including rain checks because if that customer decides not to show up, those are seats that could of been sold to someone else that wanted them. Summer is very busy and these trips are usually sold out. If a trip comes back early due to weather than a rain check is issued with no expiration date. In this case, now you have even more people trying to reschedule. We do not change our policy on a per customer basis. The policy is the same for everyone. All ticket sales are final.
