***** and Monies stolen:8/23 paid in full, via CC , $1,881.45 for a swing for my sisters birthday. I have a 8 weeks delivery per customer sales order, signed by rep for *********************************************. ( ***) 12 weeks later no swing, multiple calls to store to resolve. Store sent a check to my attention. i have copies- for $1,594.24 ( minus $300.00) for a "restocking fee" . Note the swing was and still is not in procession by the store. I requested a refund on my cc, store would not do so. A check was issued to me for /by the store ( ***) for $1594.24 on 12.11.23. That check, per BoA bounced. Called store again to discuss, find resolution. No resolution as of this date 01.1.24. I have all documentation as related to the above. I wish to make this issue as related to this Amish Country Living located at ******************************************************************** a matter for public record for the publics benefit, regardless if this company is not BBB accredited or not. This is a fraud against the general public. i have read reviews of this store and they follow the same pattern. Product ordered, delivery failure, publics money lost. This store and its owner/management needs to be held accountable in and via public records/ court.
