    Started service in March, paid in full for a year. Service inconsistent. Many missed pickups due to staff quitting or truck issues. Would tell me they would refund my money for the missed pickups but this never happened. Spent more time taking our trash to the dump ourselves. Yes we were notified of them not picking up due to issues, but only after I would send emails or call. Finally cancelled my subscription and went with another company. They will not pick up their container.

    Awful service. Missed my trash 7 times in 1 year and never returns calls. Business needs to be inspected for fraud
