    I started working for Chante at C&R cleaning services & more in May 19th 2024. Everything was going well except for the fact I wouldnt get the schedule most times late at night for the next day or the morning of the cleaning. I asked her on June 3rd 2024 to please send me the schedule before 8pm the day before cleanings. So for a week she made a schedule for the entire week! Yay! But then I tell her Im pregnant and then everything goes down hill. I never filled out any W2 or I9 papers with her even though I asked, I had to blow her phone up to just get my paycheck. I sent her my bank numbers for direct deposits to go in on Fridays, wouldnt get it until Monday or Tuesday and not by direct deposit she would cash app me which takes a large percentage out of my earnings. This last Friday June 21st 2024 she said she was going to send it, never did I still have not received my money that I worked for. The timing of me telling her Im pregnant and her effort since has been horrible it seems a little too coincidental to me. I have since stopped working there, its not my job to chase her down. Im a pregnant woman just trying to make it, I spend money on supplies for their cleanings, I dont get reimbursed for products, gas, mileage etc. they have me traveling almost 2hrs everyday. I wait and I wait and I wait on them. Future employees should be notified they may not receive their pay they may not get their schedule for the day until a couple hours before they have to be there. They say they dont have this issue with the other employees just me Thank you for your time, please reach out if you have any questions.
