    I hired Turf Medic to fix my lawn starting January 2022 for 1st application. My lawn was looking good until the last application done on 9/14/2022. I called the office few weeks later to say that my lawn looked like it died. I spoke to David+asked to have Chris come out to look at my lawn+evaluate to let me know what happened. Chris came by+said it was due to excessive weeds+was going to talk to David about issue+wait 2 weeks+he would come back to evaluate. 2 weeks passed+no one came out or contacted me. I called office 10/24 s/w David+he would have Chris come out to evaluate. 2 days no show/no call. I called again 10/26 s/w David +he said he would send Chris out 11/1. I have not paid my last bill+advised him he needs to come out +tell me what went wrong before I pay for this service. Chris was in my area treating neighbors lawns 10/26+did not have decency to stop by. I want my lawn evaluated to see if they killed my lawn with their applications as it was green before this last one.
