ZERO STARS! Me and my family stayed here for a wk 8/5/23-8/12/23. Everything from checking in to leaving was a joke! We arrived 2 hr earlier before check in. Was told we couldn't get in earlier due to it needing to be cleaned.after checking in this place was filthy. Looked like noone cleaned it or wiped anything down for years! BLACK MOLD in the master shower and both shower curtains in both bathrooms! Parts of the ceiling were crumbling on top of me when getting out of shower! Blood was smeared all over walls and holes in the walls. DUST matted on all of the vents,fans and base boards! Floor was filthy in every room! Toenails/sand and human hair /animal hair throughout the entire place !Upon letting them know about how unhappy we were about all this. I spoke to5 employees &building manager. not one of them would help me contact who i needed to resolve any of these issues.on 8/7-8/9 construction work started above our room, CHEMICALS ,SILICA dust and EPOXY smell from them chipping tiles was all over our balcony and blowing throughout the air into the pool where the children were. Nothing roped off ! When i brought this to their attention, the office manager said they'd come clean our balcony. Then tried to without a filter on the shop vac! The ** wanted me to agree to 5 more minutes of their work. Wtf NO! The 1st day we let it slide hoping it was a one day thing. Nope 3 days of this!! And no matter who icontact i cannot get answers to who owns this place to be reimbursed for my 3 days of dealing with this. I have a 7mon old and father is on oxygen and he spends most of his time in the room he couldn't go out on the balcony and enjoy what he paid for. Very poor customer service with attitudes! isn't healthy for anyone to be around this! Also the maintenance came to fix our door that would not lock. And locked us into the room! We had to CALL FIRE DEPARTMENT because there emergency number didn't pick up! Still have not heard back from anyone about making this right!

1st - check in time is 4pm so to be upset that you were not allowed to check in 2 hours early is ridiculous. You knew months in advance what time check in was and should have planned accordingly. 2nd - you arrived on August 5th but didn't report any issues regarding cleanliness until 4pm on the 8th. If the unit had mold and was as filthy as you say it is, why wait 3 whole days to report it. 3rd - the work in the unit above had nothing to do with North Beach Realty. Each condo in the building is privately owned and North Beach Realty does not manage the unit above nor do we have any contact with the owner of the unit above. Also, each owner is permitted to do whatever kind of work they want to do to their personal unit at anytime, as long as the work is performed during the city approved working hours. However, we do understand this was an inconvenience to your group. That is why we issued you an $837.19 refund of your base rent for the inconvenience.
