    I have bought a car off of facebook market place from a so called used dealership in north sc from a guy named keith morris at tiptop investments llc his ad said clean title and nothing wrong with the car i pay the $1000 for the car only to find out when i go to register my car at the tag office to find out he never gave me the title i was only given the bill of sale a affidavit of the car and a reassignment of the title i did what my tag office said to do and contact the guy for the actual title he keeps telling me hes gonna fix the issuse but yet hasnt its been 30 days of this he will go days without answering then tell me to fax him everything i have on the car to him i do it and nothing happens about the title and now he wants me to over night all the paperwork he gave me to him for the supposed title i have told him several times i want to return the car and be refunded my $1000 this guy falsely advertised the car as clean title in hand and everything works on the car but yet no title and the car has left me stranded several times i paid $1000 cash for it no payments
