    I tried applying for a planet fitness membership in my hometown and it wouldn’t allow me to. It said that I already have a membership and I owed a balance of 274.00, it also states that my club is in Orangeburg sc, somewhere I have not lived in the past 5 years. I have no idea who has a membership in my name but it’s definitely not me. I call the orangeburg location and they stated the membership started last year 2023. I was not living in orangeburg the young lady also stated that the membership was never used or paid. I need this resolved asap. I will not pay any money on something I never had.

    I have waived the balance on the membership that Tiffany did not create, so she should now be able to join Planet Fitness in her hometown. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    My bank card that was not linked to my account was charged multiple times over the course of a few months. When I noticed the charges I contacted Planet Fitness for a refund for the charges and they gave me the runaround without resolving the issue.
