    This dealership has had 3 Chrysler 300’s listed online for the past 3 weeks as “New Car Never Titled”, all 3 with only 3 miles & reasonable priced. When I got there the sales girl I was dealing with told me the price was only if you qualified for ALL discounts. During the test drive I learned the car I was driving had 4500+ miles on it & she stated it had the lowest mileage of the 3. I was also informed all the Chrysler 300’s were being sold AS IS not New. I drove 112 miles round trip to discover this disinformation.

    This is by far THE WORST experience ever! I dropped my car off to this dealership they had my car for 2 weeks. I got my car back on last week Thursday the 26th of September!! I paid $598 to get my car out. Of their shop. I did NOT have my car for 24 hrs and it went down again. This time it won’t even budge at least before i could hear it trying to crank now won’t do NOTHING lifted the hood and the battery was NOT connected to the post FYI THE BATTERY WAS NEW. Tried to crank it again and NOTHING. Contacted the dealership of course they tried to point the blame as to why my car was not looked at yet. Because the tow truck dropped it off wrong and they couldn’t see it or find the key is what they said but I WOULD NOT BE IN THIS SITUATION HAD IT BEEN FIXED THE FIRST TIME! I asked for a loner because i have missed work and my kids have missed school and they stated “They do not have loners” I asked for a refund to get a rental “They can’t give a refund” Asked them to speak to the GM i was transferred to someone named Elizabeth at the front desk WORDT EXPEERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

    When the tow company dropped off your vehicle we were not notified at all.
    Once we were notified we then had to find the keys. In addition, we were
    unable to find the keys of the vehicle for about another day to a day and a
    half due it to not even knowing about the vehicle because of us not getting
    notified about the vehicle. Once we were finally notified that the vehicle was
    present here, we got the vehicle immediately into the shop and did a
    diagnostic. The diagnostic showed that she needed a starter.

    Was on a trip when engine light of my 2021 Dodge Ram came on, not sure if I should drive the vehicle another 800 miles it would take to get home. Stopped by Tony T Dodge Ram and the Service people were very helpful in immediately pulling up the computer code to see what the problem was. I was able to finish my journey. They were very polite and helpful and wouldn’t take the money I offered. To me that says a lot about a dealership.

    The customer service there is nowhere near how it was before. Son was sold her car on October 20th n yesterday November 1st the car broke down and had him on the side of the road. They don't want to give him his down payment back, pretending they will fix the car and make whatever repairs are necessary. My son doesn't even want the car anymore but it seems as if the general manager is determine to try and force him to keep the lemon of a car that they sold him. Mind you this is the 3rd vehicle that my family has purchased from this dealership. I don't know who these people are that work there now but they definitely ain't it.

    Samone, I met with you on November 6th for the first time 4 days before you came to the dealership. We had not even spoke before your wrote this about the dealership. As soon as you arrived you and went into my office and I shared with you that there was a process that I have to follow and you said that you understood. I told you that I would do everything within my power to assist your son because I have a son as well and I would treat him with the same respect. You actually thanked me for that. Previously I met your sons grandfather and he left satisfied as well. I also explained that I would put your son in a loaner car if your sons insurance company would allow for it. Afterwards, shared with me that a Challenger was your dream car and would I give you a value on your current car. You seemed really happy about that number so much so that you said that you wanted a sports car so you and I looked at Challengers together. When your son left I told him I would stay in touch with him throughout the entire process.

    I was charged double and after telling them they would not refund me. The also charged me for a diagnostic test I never asked for. They hid that charge under labor. When I saw it they lied. I came there for an oil change and to check the battery and light and got a diagnostic test that excluded the battery. They are thieves. This is a place that I will never go to. Just to make it worse. When leaving my car died. Had to have my neighbor come to jump me and get me a battery.
