On Sept. 25, 2024 I hired Jared ***** of I’d Cut That Tree Service LLC to drop two trees, a dead pine and a leaning poplar. No clean up. $4200. When Jared topped the poplar, the top of the tree fell on an outside utility light mounted on a private utility pole destroying the light fixture and ripping the wires out of the conduit. Jared assured me he and his guys would replace the fixture and make it right. Three times he told me that with a repair date. And three times it never happened. Now he won’t respond to texts or return phone calls. I WAS A REPEAT CUSTOMER. I trusted him to follow through on these repairs and he hasn’t.

I hired him to come and remove 3 trees from my front yard. During his work he had a hydraulic ling blow on a piece of equipment. Instead of stopping to clean it up he drove his equipment through it ruining the road in the process. The hydraulic stain is as wide as the road and as long as the front of my house. He has stated to me multiple times that he will make it right. He has sent out a pressure washing company. It is still not clean in anyway. he also thinks that the rain will just make it go away. Well its been two months and the stains are still there. i want it fixed because it looks awful. all he had to do was clean it when it the line busted and this would of never happened. I'm hoping that getting yawl involved will get him to come and fix this because i don't think he is going to on his own.

    Hello,

This is Jared owner of id cut that tree service LLC. Yes we removed trees for this customer and we had a major hydraulic hose bust on my tractor causing it to spill into road. We then took wood chips to put on it to soak up most of oil until the pressure washing company came that I paid to have them come chemically spray and clean the oil up. I did everything I could to get it cleaned up. If u have any further questions please contact me back on this email. Thank u
