    Worst customer service ever. Don't complain or you will be the bully. Inconsistent pickup times but remember it's your fault. Had them for six months and that was six months too long. Don't leave cardboard broken down and beside your trash can or you'll be charged extra. And remember you are the one that's wrong even though you're paying for service. It's not service when you blame your customers.

    I've been with M.A.Davis Sanitation for at least 3 years in Jan 2024 my trash was not picked up I called several times known answered I texted then finally after no response I sent an email asking what was wrong they had been for 3 years Autodrafting my payment quarterly they had all my info on files My banking info My email they had just sent an Email in December 2023 when they sent an email in January they said over 400 people were late and they had updated payment info well I wasn't the only person that got no service in Jan on.my street others had to put out an extra can.mine was running over they said.i missed my payment but it was set up to autodraft I sent a payment personally with the contention they would come pick it up asap they still refused to pick up my trash I asked for a refund Now they refuse to give me a refund I just want my $56.11 back I paid this year but they sent rude messages and refuse to send my money back I hope these people can stop taking advantage of senior citizens I just need m y money

    After leaving an honest Google review of our experience, the owner replied with derogatory insults that were not true. Most of the negative experiences we had are were also reported in reviews by other customers. To be clear we were told about the lose trash multiple times but it was due to bags busting because their employee lifts them from the trash can. When you are pulling them out of the large trash can we can't help that bags bust. They state cannot service our neighborhood/route with a large garbage truck which is false, since we live in a normal neighborhood that is utilized by large trucks often. If the route is the issue, the customer is not at fault. Communication is terrible unless you like calling their office and having to leave a message to only receive an email back. Typically you even have to call multiple times. Yesterday was the first time we did not have to leave multiple messages to get a response. He states he has emails, well we have video footage of his drivers making the mess and to be clear trash is NOT strewn everywhere across our yard. That is a false and insulting statement. Very unprofessional. We paid the bill when we received an email. I was unaware that if you send an email and it's not paid on that day it is late. He stated we received a refund but it was no received nor were we notified we would be receiving one, so no comments could have been made. We also never received a list of recommend companies. I believe that we should have been notified that you no longer wanted to service our address, instead we came home to find our trash can gone and had to leave a message for an update to only receive an email response. That is poor customer service, you simply should have notified us in advance.
