We are so pleased with our new roof from Modern Roofing. Preston R****** was so helpful throughout the process. He met with our insurance agent, answered all of our questions and made sure the process was easy for us! The crew that installed our roof worked quickly! Modern Roofing did a wonderful job of getting us a new roof after a leak appeared. We had another company come out and look at the roof and our insurance company denied us. I called Modern Roofing because I heard they do an amazing job at working with insurance to get everything approved. They went above and beyond at fighting for us not once but twice when our insurance tried to deny us again. They kept working with our insurance, providing every document requested, and got us fully approved. They took a stressful situation and made it hassle free for us. Modern Roofing repaired my roof after I received hail damage. I had never gone through the process of replacing an entire roof but the salesman Daniel helped me the entire way. I received excellent service from Modern Roofing. Daniel H******** was a very helpful professional young man. He inspected my whole house, got my roof and my gutters approved and replaced them. Daniel H******** with Modern Roofing did an amazing job getting us approved with ***** **** for a new roof. He worked really hard for 2yrs trying to get ***** **** to pay for a new roof (which wasn't easy) but he never gave up. Our roof was leaking in several parts of our house due to hail damage. Finally in July 2023 Daniel's hard work paid off & we got a new roof August 08, 2023. The Roofers came out & took off our old roof & installed our new one in 100° temperatures All in the same day!!! The roofers were wonderful, very respectful & by that evening we had our new roof. They cleaned up around the house. My husband & I were amazed when we walked around the house & didn't find any trash or any roofing nails. Modern Roofing is a great company. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof. We've made sure that we have told our family, Friends & co-workers how Awesome Daniel & Modern Roofing are. We love our new roof. Had an awesome experience with Modern Roofing Sales rep Daniel was excellent to work with and would ask for him if you’re looking to use them. Our home was severely damaged during a repair they did. M*chael P***** will not take responsibility and fix the issues the company caused. He yelled at my husband and I in the office, has said he’d do multiple things to help us and hasn’t kept his word. Charges have also been added to a document after my husband signed it. He (nor anyone else in office) will not give us the owners contact info. I find it unprofessional that the owners info isn’t able to be found. We’re having to hire a lawyer.
