I contacted Servpro to remove mold and mildew in my house. When the Servepro representative came to see what needed to be done, I told him I would need pictures to be made and the pictures and documentation sent to my insurance company **** in order to get homeowners to pay for some of the work. The work was done between March 27 and April 5. In the process, they took out drywall in a bedroom, a pantry, and a garage. Unfortunately, they did not seal up the areas afterward and insulation is still falling out in places. They did return to put sheeting on back of the pantry, but not for any other area. When the Servepro representative walked the house on April 17 to see the completed work, I asked him how long it would be to get started on restoration and he told me I was number 14 on their list. That was unacceptable. I was not pleased that the work wasn't sealed up, so I decided to let a contractor come in to repair what they left undone and begin renovations on the rest of my house. I have not been able to move forward because Servepro has yet to send the requested pictures and documentation to ****. I have given the **** contact information to them but am continuing to get the runaround about it. I have called them repeatedly and so has the **** adjuster. The work was completed over 2 months ago and now I am frustrated. I feel that it is past time for them to close the account. I want them to get the documents sent, so **** insurance will be able to send me a check so I can pay Servepro the $11,000+ for what they did for me. I need your help to convince Servepro of the need to get this data to ****. Please help me move forward.
