    I dealt with a man named Josh, who was spectacular. He was personable, and true to his word as best he could be. I was truly happy with the appraisal but found the price to be a bit on the high side, even for the sad state my roof was in, but getting a company that was insured and reputable was worth the extra money. My issue is with the workers that did the actual roof replacement. Not a single one spoke English, and the person who did (their supervisor, who was VERY kind and good at what he did) was always there. These workers ate lunch in my yard (which I didn't mind at all) and left their lunch trash. I had to contact the company to get them to clean it up, and some of it blew into my neighbor's yard, which I went and took care of. Mixed into their lunch trash, in the middle of my yard, I found screws or nails. We have a dog here, and having screws strewn about their food trash could have been disastrous. Another issue I had was one of their workers put their foot through my ceiling (the deck board was being replaced, so right through the drywall inside). I heard the commotion, saw the huge hole, and waited for them to let me know what they were going to do about it. No one came. After a couple of hours, I contacted the company. I was not happy. I understand that accidents happen, but fess up and make it right. I ended up calling the company, and in the end, they had the damage repaired. I am happy with my roof, but unhappy with the process. In all fairness, the company did address all the issues, but at my prodding, not on their own.

    We were so impressed from the moment we called The Roofing Company, They came out to look at the job, were very professional and knew we needed to get this job done right away. ( rain was coming). We were seen a few days later before the rain. We truly appreciated Jonavans professionalism and taking the time to explain everything to us on our roof repair. Great job.     I was just off to see the new movie *** *** when I noticed a small leak in our master bathroom. I was in contact with the Roofing Company right afterwards and they responded the very next day and made the repairs needed. They did a great job at a reasonable price, I’m very happy with their work.

    I am always hesitant about working with new companies because I'm not sure how honest they are. I was referred to Josh and he came out to do an initial inspection. He decided that instead of telling me I'd need repairs he was going to get his boss to come out and give it a second look. I was told there were just some small upkeep repairs that needed to be done and they had a spray that eliminated the mildew on the part of my roof that's normally shaded by trees. Honest guys, quality and efficient work! Will be calling them again.

    I cannot say enough of great things about my experience with The Roofing Company. I worked with Cory and he was very friendly and professional. I could not afford a new roof but through one of their programs, I was able to qualify and get a brand new roof. Cory and his entire team worked to make this happen for me! Thank you!!
