5 starsHey there! I'm excited to share my experience with you about the salt panel from Spiritual Quests. We ordered three units in February and they arrived safely on March 12th. Let me just say, these panels are absolutely fantastic. We're in love with the adjustable combinations of color and the full-remote controllers. However, I want to mention that these walls are pretty heavy, so make sure you have some muscle to help set them up. We contacted SpiritualQuest to inquire about a product and the credit company they use for payments. Unfortunately, our experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. The call began poorly, with the employee answering the phone in a dismissive manner, lacking basic courtesy or introduction. Despite our efforts to explain our concerns regarding the checkout process and our desire to avoid multiple credit checks, the employee was condescending and unhelpful. They repeatedly insisted that we proceed with checkout, disregarding our valid inquiries and becoming increasingly frustrating to communicate with. After ending the call, the situation only worsened. We received harassing texts from multiple numbers, with one even disclosing personal information belonging to someone else. This unprofessional behavior further exacerbated our dissatisfaction with SpiritualQuest. Upon contacting customer service to address these issues, we were met with a dismissive response, indicating a lack of accountability for the behavior of their employees. Overall, our experience with SpiritualQuest was highly negative and has led us to seek alternative options for our purchase. We hope that they take our feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service practices to avoid similar incidents in the future.SpiritualQuest

"Dear ****, regarding your girlfriend's misunderstanding regarding how finance companies work, it seems like there has been a misunderstanding. The credit company is separate from **, and unfortunately, you and your female friend didn't have any orders with us when you called. You inquired about connecting a random approval from a third party, but when we informed you that you needed to choose a product and checkout using the outside financing company, the situation escalated. As if we have anything to do with one financing approvals those are all done instantly by an outside bank. I guess the refusal to finance energy was channeled to us. One can always contact Bread Pay and find out why one was not approved for the financing. The issue here isn't with us but with the confusion surrounding the financing process. It's understandable that emotions can run high, and we appreciate your passion. However, it's essential to remember that the financing is a courtesy provided by a third party, and it's a separate entity from our company.As for your partner's reaction, it's important to recognize that everyone has different levels of understanding when it comes to complex processes. 5 starsI had a wonderful experience with my sauna. It was shipped perfectly and arrived on time. My wife and I use it almost every day and we absolutely love it. I've noticed some negative reviews online, but I can say with confidence that our experience was nothing but positive. They have verified reviews on their website, which are provided by and verified by actual customers. If you need to confirm my order, the number is *****. If you place an order, you will receive an invoice, so I find it hard to believe that anyone would doubt the legitimacy of the reviews. The worst customer service I have ever encountered!!We bought the 2 person Salt cave! definitely not a salt cave! it comes with one 7 1/2 x 17 1/2 framed salt panel. The instructions were beyond ridiculous. **** the ** person was so rude. When we sent an e-mail saying how much we loved the Sauna but we had to modify a part of it HE said that we installed it wrong. We sent pictures he basically called us liars. He said there is no way that they could have left off the small piece that we had to modify. They sent 2 panels for the salt and only enough to fill one frame. When we reported that with pictures.. They sent another 2 frames but no salt. They said that was a mistake they shouldn't have sent them? then changed his approach to say it only comes with one salt frame.When we tried to talk to someone that wasn't as rude he laughed and said I wasn't important enough to talk to a supervisor. He also said if I wrote a review it would VOID the warranty. We are not complaining about the Sauna just the horrible customer service. His Emails got so bad we told him to lose our email! I would love for this to get to someone higher than him to review emails and phone calls.Horrible ***************** Disappointing that one person could make such a bad impression on a company.SpiritualQuest

However, we're not able to provide additional salt panels for free, as the item was confirmed complete by the end user it's rare but from time to time we have the experience where a customer feels *********** more items for free, as a business we do care and have already provided a substantial discount of over ****.on the sale and the customer was the benefactor We hope this clears up any confusion and helps the customer understand our position. We have thoroughly discussed this matter with your husband, and we appreciate his understanding of the situation.If you find the need for extra salt panels, we offer them for $125.00 each. Normally the salt panel for a sauna is an additional 238 after the sale. 1 starSpent ***** on a 2 person sauna. Sent me an inferior 1 person and told me to **** it up. He said it was my own fault for taking it off the pallet. Like how in the h*** was I supposed to know that it was a one person and not a two person by looking at a bunch of boxes. None of which said what was inside. The freight guy even asked what it was because there is nothing on the ticket that says whats inside of those boxes. So the only way to know would be when you start to put it together. Not to mention it didnt have all the things that I paid for. he gave me 400 for the difference which is ridiculous, ( there is no way that that one person is $2000 )and accuse me of trying to steal a sauna from him. For HIS mistake. . Did I mention he refused to take it back? He said there was no way to find somebody in the area to package it up. Then five emails later he tells me sure h*** take it back if I package it up the way that I received it. Which he already knew was impossible. The depth of bad customer service is so over the top. And the way I look at it he stole $2000 for me. I will definitely dispute this with my credit card company. Its pretty crappy when a company can make a huge mistake. While we understand that dissatisfaction can arise, it is essential to adhere to contractual commitments, particularly with non-cancelable items post-shipment.Our team made sincere efforts to assist and guide you throughout the process, even during emotionally charged interactions over the phone. We regret any perceived lapses in service and understand that emotions can run high in such situations.However, it is important to highlight that your decision to rescind the purchase after shipment resulted in considerable financial and operational implications for our business. 1 starCompany lacks any customer service. Products ate quality but missing parts and shipping info not supplied. Had to contact multiple times to get I formation and request help for missing parts. This company has finally replied but leaves a harassing email with rude comments because I wanted the parts to actually use the Products I purchased . I even have proof of emails and phone call records . Horrible experience hope to never have to deal with them again. Nor should any other human .
