We initially contacted Southeast Rails in Jan. (17th) 2024. After several emails were exchanged, they agreed to come to our house for a site survey. Shortly after the survey, they provided an quote (attached). After several conversations with the sales person regarding some minor changes to the design, they gave us a new quote in an email on April 22; -$230 more than the original quote. We then gave them a deposit of half the original quote amount - $225. That's when everything stopped. We contacted them several times for an installation date and we kept getting put off. We were told at one point that the sales person had left the company. They also claimed that they don't do residential work?! It has now been over six months and they have not set an installation date. We are requesting that they complete the work for the amount quoted with the changes. We have emails and text messages to support our claim which we can provide as necessary.
