      On or about 1/16/2025 I was seen at the Audiology center by Dr ******** ********. We discussed my hearing needs and I explained to her that I spend a lot of time outdoors and needed hearing aids that had the technology to help with wind noise, that was my biggest concern. I had completed a form online prior to my visit stating the same. She completed a hearing exam and after the exam she give me a chart explaining the difference between 4 hearing aids. Price starting at ******* and going to *******. each having a slightly different description of wind cancelling technology.. I choice the one that was ******* and paid a ******* deposit and made an appointment to pick them up the following week, When I went to pick the up Dr. ******** told me that the ones she ordered did not have any wind cancelling technology and informed me that my next option was the hearing aids that cost *******. At that point I ask for a refund. She left the office for awhile and when she returned she said that a refund would not be a problem and I should receive it in ***** days. that has been over 9 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. I have called several times and have not got any where with that. On 2/19/25 I received multiple calls from them and stated I would needed to come into the office to receive a refund, That would mean missing another day from work I ask them to just drop a check in the mail, I was told they could not do that and ask me for my debit card information and at the time I was out of the country and did not want to share that information with them on a unsecure line. On 2/25/25 I received a registered letter stating that I had been verbally abusive to their staff members and I was not allowed to visit any of their facilities for any reason and the letter stated that they would mail me a check, All of which was false statements and as of 3/11/25 I have not received a refund.

      I am so sorry for your treatment at the facility earlier this year.  Unfortunately, I am not the person to whom this complaint should be filed.  I sold this business in November of 2023 to *****************  This business is owned by **** ******** Azodo.  Her personal phone number is  **************.

      You should have signed a purchase agreement or form showing what you are purchasing and refund policy.  Again, I am so sorry this has happened to you and I wish you good luck.
