    On Thursday, January 26th 2023, I brought my 2022 ***** CRV Touring into this establishment to have my windows tinted. After getting my windows tinted, I followed the after tint instructions to the ** Two weeks after having my windows tinted, I noticed that there was a hole in the tint on my driver side window that I hadnt noticed before. The "Tint man" asked if I could bring my vehicle in so that he could take a look at it. I did and he suggested that the hole was a **** caused by my driver side seatbelt hitting the window. I went on to explain to him that I was unaware how or when it happened, but I wanted to know if he could fix it. He verbally agreed to replace the tint for $25. Then scheduled me for Friday, February 17th at 2:00 pm. I get a call around 1:00 pm, an hour before my appointment and was told that they wouldnt be able to repair my window for the $25 because it wasnt covered under warranty, and I would have to pay the full price for the repair. I then asked why anyone didnt mention that in the beginning instead waiting until after I was quoted the price of $25, twice. Why wait until an hour before my appointment to inform me of that instead of telling me the price you really wanted to charge up front? I wouldnt have had a problem with the original price in the beginning, but they flat out lied! You think that a business that has existed as long as they have would have better business practices. Needless to say, they did not honor their word and I did not get my window repaired. I will never patronize this business again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else to patronize them either. They are dishonest and lack integrity!
