I'd give them 0 stars if it allowed me. But the techs were nice and professional. That's where the good review ends:Took 5 weeks in the heat of Summer to get the part and have it installed. One week of that was because the owner, **** Love, didn't submit the diagnosis to the warranty company because he expected me to pay him the out of pocket portion BEFORE he ordered the part or scheduled the service tech. But he wasn't even going to call me and tell me. He simply brushed us aside until I called him to inquire about a time. He told me too many people stiff him and he won't do anything until we pay. Then, while discussing this, he insulted me by saying that if I really made good money I wouldn't have a home warranty. What does that even mean? We've been with the warranty company for 20 years. Also, **** is the ONLY person in the office he allows to talk to the warranty company or answer questions about a warranty claim. No one else can even call the warranty company. Not even the parts manager is allowed to give us an update on parts ordered or any information about our job. And since **** works in the field on jobs himself, he only works on warranty admin stuff at night after hours. This causes a delay and slows progress on all jobs.I asked him why he didn't train someone there or hire someone, and his excuse was "no one can do this but me." Rude - he insulted me for having a warranty. I still don't understand that one.Unprofessional - won't allow anyone in the office to answer questions about warranty work.Unethical - even though the deal with the warranty company clearly states the customer pays their portion AT TIME OF INSTALLATION, Hospitality made us pay the full amount before doing anything for our ******** NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We purchased a home that required replacement of 2 twenty yr old furnaces and 2 HVACs in November 2022. First cool night we were cold, the technician said 'I'm not going to sugar coat it, I thought maybe they forgot )to turn the pressure up?( but they only turned one of the furnaces on so that explains why you were cold.' We continued to be cold & finally on Christmas Eve 2022 we woke up with a house full of company and the temp was 58 inside. I called before they even started answering the phone until opening up. I was told that 'Many people don't have any heat this morning and there is no way we can get out til after Christmas'! So, we figured out how to use the gas logs, some electric heaters & made it through til they came out. The technician checked out the system & told me "Everything checks out". I said if everything checks out why is my house cold? So, he was on the phone & up in my attic to the outside numerous times. When he was done he told ****** asked what was the problem. He replied, "A whole lot of rewiring and this will be addressed in our meeting today! Not a way I like to start off my week!" Problems continued til finally someone came out & informed me that they sold me a smaller size furnace than they took out of my home. So, again they replaced the furnaces, again I had a mess! Now I have a ceiling and wall that need repair because they didn't bother checking the condensation lines and one came apart and leaked in our guest room. I would not recommend them at all. I said nothing when I saw damage to my walls from the banging against it, the cut on my LVP, or the mess I cleaned up each time. So, my husband called the owner, ******************* every day the week they came out and glued the condensation lines. The technician said there was more than one place he had to glue. **** didn't have the courtesy of apologizing for their complete negligence or offer to pay for the damages we incurred.
