    I called to schedule an appointment for my child & asked about the insurance, they didn't accept it however I was willing to pay for the visit. I get to the appointment they had relocated and the lady ***** mentioned that so it made me late for the ****************** stated well we called you about your Insurance to let you know we don't accept it, and you will have to reschedule at this time becauseyour late( never called either). I feel discriminated against because I didn't have a Insurance and that's all they wanted and concerned about not my child's appointment. My child had some glass that was ordered and we ***** received that either but billed the Insurance at the time they was accepting it. This Business need to close if that's how they going to operate and Discriminate!!

    Our office definitely is not going to close.  We hope that you can find another office that will not "discriminate" you.
