      We provided a cleaning service for this company in the amount of $434.00 on February 24, 2022. They said they mailed a check but it hadn't cleared their bank so they were going to mail another one as per my conversation with ***************************** who had contacted ** about this job. I have left emails, text ********************* for ***** with no response. I have left phone messages at their office & mailed a Past Due Statement, again with no response. My last message let them know I was going to contact the BBB.Thank you for your help on this matter. I understand that all you can do is contact them about this matter & suggest that they contact us directly. They are BBB members as we are also.****** Eagle ***************** Company

      Payment has been mailed to the company but it has not cleared our account. This is the 2nd payment we have mailed.  We contacted the company to ask to pay via credit card but they would only accept a check.

      I am rejecting this response because: We do accept credit card payments so that is strange.  I am the office manager & our daughter is the assistant & we are the only ones that answer the phone.  They can certainly call with credit card info.  Not sure if they have an incorrect address for some reason.  It is ********************************************************************* as listed on the invoice. This confusion could have easily been resolved if someone had contacted ** on any of the numerous occasions we tried to reach them. I understand things do get lost in the process of trying to figure out who is taking care of things.  We are closed for the month of July but I return messages. I think the best avenue at this point is another check to the above address since I haven't had any luck with phone messages. Also, we live very close to their office so I would be happy to pick up a check at their office if they call & let me know it's ready & when I can pick it up.
