I was called Saturday at work that my insurance have lapse I called the insurance company to try and fix it. But it was a long process and was not able to call them back. Monday afternoon when I was leaving work I called the dealership to give them my new policy for insurance just to see them towing my car away. An could not reach them until later that day to see why when I was calling them to fix the problem at hand he said he gave me a few days. To get this fix but he did I didn't even get 24 hours or 2 business days to get new insurance. I have been calling the dealership since Monday and as of today he finally in and was rude to me telling me I have to get him the 700 or ****** dollars before I can get. My car back. When all I did was to ask him could he give me a discount cause I had the insurance Monday. And couldn't reach him til Wednesday afternoon. I would like to see if there is anything you can help me with or at least get some of my money back. An I can find a car some place else thank you and have a great day.

I purchased a vehicle from this lot on 4/8/2023. I had a really good experience with this owner and his salesman I would start off by saying. I paid **** down and was told to do another **** divided into two payments for a total of **** down payment. The first 500 came out as scheduled then the second one I emailed and told them to change the date from that upcoming Friday 4/5 to Monday 4/8. He called Friday after trying to run my card despite my communication and I told him my situation and he agreed to run payment Monday after I called him with my new card information. Well Monday before I could make it to the bank my truck runs hot, today is my 30th day of having the vehicle by the way! I told them I didnt want to make a payment until we got my vehicle fixed. The still called about the pick up payments and not about fixing the vehicle. I have messages to this day where I was communicating with the salesperson on my issues with paying them after my truck was fixed. I had no issue paying them what was owed after my truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. What sense does it make to spend more money into a ******** not knowing if it was something that was gonna be able to get fixed after being told it could possible be head gaskets or freeze plug(I pray thats all it needed) The sales person called me about my payment once again and I asked him when would the be picking it up and would I be be having to pay to hve it towed there for repairs bc if so I would just find someone here to fix it and the. Make my payment. He said *** was on the phone and he would call me bck and let me know what he says Never got a call back. I called once again and he said he wasnt in. So by now Im paying Uber for rides after just giving this man $4000 for a truck that Ive had less than right at a month that I cant even drive.. He had a tow company pick up my car bc I missed a payment he told me I was still reliable for my payment even if the truck needed repairs. Im suing!!!

Miss Morrisey, you are correct your vehicle was repossessed for non payment. It is your vehicle and you are responsible for the payment when it is due per your contract. After we received the vehicle we did an inspection and discovered you had taken the vehicle off road which had a substantial amount of mud and debris above the lower engine cover. I wish I could post the pics so you can see how you abused your own vehicle. This was not present when you purchased the vehicle because we are meticulous with our reconditioning prior to posting the vehicle for sale and not to mention this cover has to be removed for the oil service we preformed before you purchased. We did find a blown out front left strut and a cracked plastic line for the cooling system. In the future you need to take responsibility for your own destruction. You should be ashamed of yourself.

After further inspection Miss. Morrisey you drove the vehicle without coolant and damaged the engine beyond repair on your off road expedition. The engine alone is over $10,000.
