    I toured Big Blue Marble Academy a couple months ago and was told my son could be picked up on the after school bus. A few week later, I called and paid the registration fee. After the fee was paid, they then inform me they can no longer pick up prek students. I called back after discussing that with my fiancé and told them we decided we’ll have to pull our son from the preschool then because that is just not doable for us. Not during the tour, nor the initial phone call did anyone mention to me that registration fees are non refundable. I told the employee on the phone that was not okay because it is not my fault I was unaware of the new pick up policy until after payment was made. She spoke with a supervisor and the supervisor was able to approve the refund. It’s now past a week since I was told that. I have not received my refund and have been calling just to be put on hold and that they need to reach out to so and so to have them process it. I’ve been told I’m going to get call backs and never receive one. Well today a new director. Lacy H*** starts and tells me I’m not getting a refund because all sales are final. I told her I was promised a refund over a week ago and she said sorry they told you that. I am furious at this point and demanded corporates number. I have called and left a message hoping this company gives me my money back like promised.

    The company has refunded the registration fee and was super nice about it. I am withdrawing my complaint.
