    My review is almost the same as the other people who left a review for this "company". They have been working on my washing machine since July 2022. Well it's almost October and washing machine still has the same issue. My washing machine is actually worse than when they first work on it. They schedule a time to come in to your home. But they come earlier than the time agreed upon and get upset when no one is home. The guy brings his wife with him on the job site and seats there while he "works" inside my home. This company is ridiculous. Do no use them.

    Seneca micronics was also selected by a home warranty company to fix my dishwasher. Same story as above, came out and took picture of model number, which I already sent them. The technician left his wife in the driveway with the car running. The next visit they said that wirpool told them to come back out and check for error codes. While at the house the technician said that he ordered 3 parts that were broken. After a month of waiting and not having a dishwasher I called again for a status. Again, parts on order. As luck may have it, my daughter who is not a repair technician, googled the model of dishwasher and determined the reset buttons to push. This fixed the dishwasher. Upon calling the company requesting my 75.00 back, I was told that the dishwasher is broken and would stop working. Also they would not return my money for wasting my time with a month of no dishwasher. I learned that their description online is they are TV installers. Not sure how they were selected to fix a dishwasher but after dealing with them I don't have confidence in them to install a toaster. Awful experience
