    I have used this animal hospital for 5.5 yrs, The office does not understand the aspects of having staff that knows their jobs. I have tried to make several sick visit appts since going there, receptionists don’t offer any help in finding appts or offering any other alternatives, you get a million “I’m sorry” but nothing else. Staff is incompetent with getting blood, get urine from a bladder with a needle and having qualified technicians. I was sent a certified letter telling me I was no longer going to have my 6 pets treated or seen by them anymore. This is what you get if you express your concerns about staff and scheduling procedures. Absolutely unprofessional staff and a great way to treat clients, out of sight out of mind, that’s easier!
