      My move in date was 4/29/22. I was suppose to receive a welcome packet a week prior to my move in date. I never received anything; made numerous calls and even went up to the front office a few times with no response. I eventually called another apartment complex that had the same corporate owner as the one I was moving into to get ahold of someone. The day of move in was a complete disaster. I was suppose to sign my lease when they opened the office in the morning. I showed up, with items already packed in my car to unload after signing. No one was there. I didn’t get to sign my lease nor get my keys until 3:30pm that day, mind you it was a sister company that came to do it because again, no one at this apartment complex is ever around. Once I get my keys, I didn’t even have a proper walkthrough. I was literally handed my keys by maintenance staff and was left there after. . It’s not even the same apartment I was shown prior and doesn’t look like it was even ready for a resident to move into. There was no washer and dryer, per my lease agreement, the blinds were broken, dishwasher wasn't properly installed (wasn’t bolted to counter and literally fell on me the first time I opened it), upstairs toilet was broken, the upstairs threshold on the stairs is non existent and is a tripping hazard. I finally got my washer and dryer installed about a week and a half after moving in. However because of poor Installation of my washing machine, it spewed water all over the floor, mind you the water lines are crossed as well. It took them three days to come out and fix the installation issue, all the while I had to shove one of my bed comforters back there to help absorb the water; completely ruining it. To this day, the water lines are still crossed and haven’t It took an entire two weeks to get my upstairs toilet fixed. On 5/11/22 Greenville water came and cut my water off because it had been over a week of no response from the apartment complex about verifying my residency.
