If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24hrs of your cleaning and we will correct any errors within 2 business days. If for any reason we are not able to satisfy our customer with corrections, then we will be happy to refund up to 50% of the cleaning purchase.
All final charges or invoices are created post-service to allow our customers the opportunity to review and approve the work provided to them before paying.
