I agreed to a policy to which was explained to me over a recorded line telling me what the policy consists of and price upon agreeing to the policy the representative/agent advised me of the auto withdrawal amount each month which I agreed… the first month the second month and tired don’t correspond all three are different amounts, so I call to inquire as to why.. I spoke to several people 2 who were very unprofessional and couldn’t give me and explanation for the difference and went in to tell me that they also charge and installment fee each payment which I was never made aware of and the records will show no agent advised me of any charge.. throughout the conversation the owner Stacy Moore even mumbles how long is this policy like he had a plan to terminate my policy because he couldn’t explain the extra charges or changes to my policy… overall they were very unprofessional and never resolved my issue.
