If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have gone here a few times. My most recent visit one of the technicians drilled my nail in the same spot which caused a major break in my nail. 3 days after having my nails done two of my nails (one of which was the one that was cracked) ripped off from doing the simplest everyday things. It ripped my natural nail almost entirely off and caused major pain/bleeding. I went back to have them removed and also in hood to get some sort of refund from my previous appointment. They insisted on soaking my nails (the broken ones) in acetone. As one would imagine it was excruciatingly painful and caused more bleeding. The other nail technicians and the owner (Mary) say there and laughed at me while I was in pain like it was a joke. I was then told that my nails breaking was my fault as I was “too harsh on them” so I would not be refunded. I’ve gotten my nails done many times over the years and I have NEVER broken a nail this way and it cause so much pain and continuous bleeding. I have seen other reviews on their page with people having many of the same issues as I have had, I just want to prevent other PAYING customers from going through the same thing I did. If my nails don’t heal properly on there own or if I get an infection I could loose my fingers and I don’t think this business truly realizes what they are doing and the way they handle these situations are not professional.
