      I'm needing someone to come out look at these apartments at valley creek. Living conditions are not up to where they need. I have mold in tub and walls in bathroom. Was told by landlord to paint it myself. No one has came out to fix anything. My bedroom ceiling is cracking as people above walks. Apartments don't have air and they still want us to stay and pay rent. My dish washer has mold and mildew. I have hole behind my toilet and rat came out. Told all this to new landlord and all she said was to pay past rent or I'm evicted.

      The ceiling was fixed on August 7th. The hole is being addressed tomorrow August 16th by on-site maintenance. the tub is being resurfaced August 20th by a local vendor- as this was their earliest spot on their calendar. We take tenant concerns very seriously. Were on it. It will be addressed in a timely manner.

      I submitted my 30 day written notice to Timber Creek Apartments in March letting them know that April would be our last month as tenants. We rented on a month by month basis and was told by management that 30 days notice was all that was needed. We cleaned the apartment and took pictures on our last day of occupancy. We emailed management a week after we moved regarding the security deposit and the manager, Barbara, stated that she submitted a request for the return of our deposit. We have still not received our security deposit and it has been over 30 days. The management was very difficult while we lived there. Maintenance issues were ignored. We had no air conditioning for the last 6 months we lived there because there were issues with the furnace. We called multiple times to management and also to local agencies for assistance but the furnace was never fixed. We were only given one window unit for the entire apartment. There were multiple other reasons we left but Timber Creek and the management company, ***** **********, are the worst. They do not care about their tenants or their well-being. I would appreciate any assistance in getting my security deposit back. Thank you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business indicated that they mailed the security deposit to our old address. I would like to let it be known that we included the address where the security deposit should be mailed in our 30-days notice, which was the only address we ever provided.
