      I had got a call from credit acceptance in Delaware, but I am in New Jersey residence. I got a 2015 ***** ****** ***. My car payments was $473. I kind of skipped through the contract because I was a first time mom at the time so when that happened, I really didn’t pay attention to my gap insurance until later the year of this year even when you made your payments on time or do a partial payment they charge you a late fee they give you 10 business days before they hit you with a late fee that my vehicle had got repossessed the first time that was back in February of 2020 because I was behind in one month in New Jersey. You have to be behind three months $1500. After that I made payments I wanna fall back and my payments be due to me with a short job shortage this year. I did my best to hold onto the vehicle, which I had the vehicle for five years in 2018 December and January 2019 after all that happened they want to repossess the car this year in February 2024 they want to put in a derogatory mark on my credit report ever since then I’ve been disputing it when I looked at my contract. Something told me to get a lawyer to look over it and the lawyer that I have is called *** ********** there are located in Nevada on the other side of the **** *****. The lawyer that I had looked at the contract and saw a lot unlawful things in my contract. Any clearly stated that Credit Acceptable has been doing this for a very long time they would try to impose as good people and come to find out. They are nothing but a scam artist too many people been suing them left and right they’ve been changing a alien name to different companies to try to help people with low credit scores and put them in a high Interest car that they know they cannot pay back when you go to these banks they go to these banks that know for a fact, they will try to approve them for the price that they know for a fact that they can get money off of at the end of the day. This company will fall, burn ??

      I have had my loan with this company since July 2022. First thing I noticed was that they weren’t reporting the full amount of the actual loan to the credit bureaus. It was showing that I made my payments but the loan amount never went down stay at the amount they reported which was on 12,000+. The actual amount of the loan was way more than that about 10 to 12,000 more. Which is false reporting for one. I filed a dispute recently due to my car being totaled for them to report the correct amount which they fixed. These loans through them are simple interest loans and they draw interest every single day. Which makes it hard to really see a drop in your balance as well. Also, they tacked on a 4 thousand dollar warranty which has interest added to that as well. They gave me a 7 year loan on a 2016 Kia. That should’ve never happened the car was too old and I should’ve known better. I needed a car at the time they got me. Seen me coming. The way they do business isn’t right. We shouldn’t have to pay them to make a car payment but we do. Which is an extra 72 a year that we are paying just to make a car payments. Crazy…. This company needs to be looked at due to their processes of business.

      My car got repossessed a couple weeks ago, I made the payments and since then they have me calling different lots and auctions like a witch hunt trying to track down my car. Meanwhile I’m paying daily for a rental. I have been dealing with Evelyn supervisor who has not given me any answers. I’m close to filing a police report because I believe my car got stolen “in transit” WHERE IS MY CAR, ACA?

      Absolute dumbest bunch of people I've ever encountered. Talk to somewhere around 15 different people explaining to them the situation have given the address to the company where they can repossess the car including details of the storage unit and number which is outdoors by the way it's not in an enclosed unit and the security guard is open during the daytime hours from 9:00 to 5:30. Now it's been a month or more closer to 6 weeks and no one can tell me if they've attempted to repossess the car. Got a call today from a nitwit who did not understand what I was trying to tell her, which is about on average with the other knitwits that I've talked to at this agency. I've given the address over and over and over again and every time I have to look it up on the internet because there's so many storage units in that area to make sure I get accurate information but this idiot wouldn't even go through the notes and tell me if she has the proper address on file or not. So she says collections will continue to occur even though I've told them over a month ago that they could pick up the car and then I'm not going to pay any more money on it. I've had the car since 2020 and have made payments up until about 3 months ago. Worst agency you'll ever deal with trust me they don't have people that can understand basic information.

      I received a decline of credit from the company and I never applied for credit or have knowledge of the dealership that they stated in my letter. Spoke to Lindell and her supervisor of which told me that the "funding department" could not do anything. Received no resolution to my call. Complaints have been forwarded to the ******* ***** **********, ******** ** ********* ********** ******, T**** ******** ******* and Department of Justice for identity theft, fraud and violation of my confidential information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and complaints.

      Finances vehicles with transmission and engine problems. Faulty contracts with ****** **** ** ******** **. Car has been immobile for a month and still expect to pay after only financing for three months. I want OUT of this loan!!!

      I have had my car up for repossession for almost 2 years after i called and told them to come get it because i realized how screwed over i was for signing a contract with them! i was making payments and realizing that barely any of my payment was going to the actual car. well its been 2 YEARS and they still havent come to repo the car. i have contacted them many many many times and they tell me oh it will be picked up and then nothing! come get your **** car. They never reach out to me regarding it either its always me reaching out first. Im truly so frustrated with how long its taking them to pick up their property. its been sitting for 2 years just waiting for them to come get it. Avoid this business at all costs!

      Applied to this place as a co-signer for my parents. I got my report back and for my credit score there was a number that was almost 70 points off of what my credit score actually is. I do not know who they use to source their information from, but they're receiving information that is 2-3 years old (possibly more). How are you unable to accurately check someone's credit score as a credit agency? This is basic information that you should be reporting accurately when that is your entire job and reason for existence.

      I'm sure that a lot of us are going through hard times, right now. American Credit Acceptance has worked with me on a couple of occasions and I'm grateful for this opportunity to own a vehicle. There are finance companies out here that will treat you with no respect at all. Communication is the most important thing in any situation and I try my best to let them know what's going on. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
