      On December 12th I had someone scam 2 charges $140.71 and 150.82 from my bank account to **** **** in California through **** ***. I called while the charges was still pending and the money hadn’t came out of my account yet. They allowed the money to come out of my account anyway the next day. I when in and made a report and got a new debit card. While making the report I gave them 3 months of my **** *** transactions and forwarded them a email from **** *** that said the fraud had to happen on my banks end because they don’t see any fraud on their end. They said it was probably someone hacked my debit card info and linked it to their **** *** account. I’ve gave the bank everything they have asked for and they still haven’t refunded my money that’s suppose to be insured and protected. It’s Christmas time and I have $26 in the bank because they stole my money and the bank is not giving me my money back. They keep saying call back after 10 business days. They have put me in a bad situation at Christmas. This is a poor way to do business. They don’t care about their customers or this wouldn’t happen. ***** ***** will give you your money back while their doing their investigation.

      The member contacted Founders regarding the unauthorized transactions that had been preauthorized on their account. Our Founders team reviewed the documentation and provided and a provisional credit  to the member's account within the required timeframe. An email response was provided to the member.

      We have made several attempts to contact the member by telephone and are providing written correspondence to inform of the following actions that have been taken. As the result of our research, we have removed all collection holds from the account. Also, a notation was added not to place any additional holds on the account regarding this matter. Founders will consider this complaint closed.

      Founders FCU ACCT# ***********  I have attempted to dispute this account several times and have been ignored .this company is intentionally reporting false information. According to the United States Code all information on my consumer report MUST report 100% complete and accurate

      We have made several attempts to contact the member by phone and are providing written correspondence for follow-up.  We have determined through our investigation that she is the owner of the disputed accounts and unless she has additional information to verify her claim, this complaint is considered closed.

      Hello, I do not have an account with ********. Nor do I have services or products. When I first called ******** last month to ask them to reverse the charge… they said they needed my PIN. I explained that I don’t have an account or services therefore I don’t have a pin. They said they couldn’t help me. They have again charged my credit card for service that I have not received. My cell phone is with *******. There are fraudulent charges that founders has not investigated even after I reported the unauthorized charges $274 on July 3, 2020 $145 on August 1, 2020 When I called my credit union (Founders) they did absolutely nothing. They transferred me multiple times and never put the account into fraud as is standard practice with unauthorized charges. Requesting founders investigate the fraudulent charges and not allow charges to continue.

      A loan was taken out with this institution, money has been taken out of my account without notice causing that account that was supposed to have been closed over a year ago to go into overdraft that is one and 2 the person that is the co borrower on the loan which the loan is for banks with the business and at first made 2 payments by them also doing the same they allowed this person to go inside and switch there account so no more money could be taking from that account !!! And yea the person that did this told me this so yes it upsets me to no other level because now I am 699.00 in overdraft because of this that they have not tried to notify me of!!!!! They should no be allowed to take money that isn’t there to take !!!
