      I ordered a sofa and chair. When delivered it was the wrong one, but I liked the fabric so kept it. I called to ask about changing the legs on it because the one I picked out was higher. They said it would be checked on but I never have received a call back ( even though I called them several times). Also ask them to order arm protectors and never heard another word. Not very service oriented. This has been taking place over the last year.

      The arm covers and legs were ordered last year and received in January of this year. I thought they had been given to customer. When we received word that Mrs. ******** had not received them we searched our warehouse and could not find them. I reordered arm covers and legs from Company and they should arrive in the next two weeks.

      Randy got the taller legs in for my couch and chair. They are now on my furniture and look great. Appreciate all your help.

      My husband bought an electric rocker recliner made by lazy-boy at Whelchel's Furniture, Inc. in spartanburg, sc in January 2021 and I have had a lot of problems with this chair, they have had to come out 3 times to repair this chair and it is still not right, they supposedly sent me another one, but I think it was the same one, I would like to receive a new rocker recliner since this one is still having problems, the address for them is *** ****** **** ** ************ ** *****. This chair has not been right ever since I received it and it side winds when the foot part of the chair is raised and it squeaks, we still have a 5 year protection plan on it.
