    Horrible experience. I purchased a topper and products for over $1200. It was really ill-fitting and I called immediately. They told me to ake it to my stylist. She looked at it and said it was really constructed poorly and couldn't fix it. It sits up like a hat on my head, not a natural looking topper. Their 24 hour exchange policy is ridiculous. Who can get to their stylist within 24 hours?

    Disappointed in the prices and getting service on my pieces. I bought like 4 sets the toppers and halos and every time I tried to reach out to get my piece styled, blown out, and serviced it was more and more expensive each time and the communication is horrible. The quantity of the hair and how it was cut also disappointing.

    I have just ordered a topper, my second one and after my purchase was made I was told it was on back order. I had a great deal of trouble communicating with their shipping department, but when I did, Bri, the shipping manager and the person who answered the phone were very helpful. I know consumer law and understood I should have read all of their “policies”, but they are in a gray area charging me for a product they do not have. They gave me choices of how to mitigate the situation and I chose to wait to see if/when the product will show up. In the meantime, fair warning-read all of their terms and conditions-and buyer beware. I will post again when this issue is resolved.

    What an awful company just out for money. They don’t care about woman and hair loss issues. They should be ashamed of themselves. Awful service! You will be out so much money on this garbage. Steer clear of this company.

    I trusted their expertise with my topper. They recommended that I order a small topper,but when it came there wasn't much hair on it..would not have covered my bald spots and the color was a little too white,but I couldn't try it on because they wouldn't take it back and I'm too honest to have done so, They don't refund, only exchange and I was told that another color would work for me. I said that as long as it didn't have any blonde on it, it should work..my hair is all silver. They said I could take it to my hair dresser to fix,but my hair dresser said that she could never match it to my hair. I am now out $1200!!!! and they will not exchange it or refund my money! The original topper would work better as it had no blonde and would have covered my head.

    I purchased a hair topper from the Lauren Ashton Collection and was saddened that a company would rip off women fighting cancer and other diseases. I watched their video and read testimonies and it's all Lies! I was so excited to open up my hair topper and when I did I cried because it is bald and that's what we don't want or we wouldn't be buying the hair piece. I paid $1300 for something that a Real Hair piece Wig specialist told me there isn't enough hair on the piece to do anything with. I notified the Lauen Ashton Collection and they basically said too bad we don't give refunds. I would not need a refund if the piece was nice and it is not it is bald, cheap and dried out. Please help. Thank you. ****

    No stars at all, I’ve never been so lied to in my life by a company. ALERT EVERYONE! Do not buy from these people! They say the same thing to me as they did for many of you that wrote a complaint about their BACK ORDER ETC ETC. I filed a complaint with my Credit Card company and I fought until I won!!! I was going to fly to SC to go to court and have a judge order them to refund me for the road kill they sent me but thanks to my cc I won my case and got my money back. These people lie lie lie, do not get into their web buying anything from them. Read all the complaints!!!!

    I absolutely LOVE my topper! I have a light volume and it's perfect for me! I decided to get one after trying tape in and sewn in extensions. They damaged my hair way too much and I lost a LOT. I was also bleaching my hair all over every 6 weeks which also caused significant hair loss. I went through a very stressful time in my life and had a hysterectomy so all of this together left me with very little hair. My topper gave me the confidence to feel beautiful like I never have! The quality is amazing. I definitely give 5 stars!
