Bell installed my new thermostat for me and took all documentation when they left. now I'm at a loss as to how to setup the system. I called them and They sent me a partial picture and now know nothing. They charged $80 which I paid in cash and have a receipt.Business response

We reviewed Mr. ********* complaint. We deeply regret his concerns. We installed a thermostat, purchased by him, at his home. We set it up and it was working properly when we left. We offered him the paperwork and package; he told our Tech to throw it away. He did call us later about the paperwork. We offered to print the instructions and deliver it to him at no cost. He refused our offer and said he would call another company. We are still willing to work with him to get instructions printed and delivered to him.Customer response

This process is confusing to me. I think I replied previously but it may not have gone through.
The guys that said I told them to throw away the instructions are lying!
WHY would I want to throw away instructions to a brand new different product?
I called them and told them they had taken the instruction sheet.
They said they would send a picture which they did BUT didn't send it all.
I texted them back asking for info about celsius and farhenheit and they never responded.

Business did offer to sent THE instructions BUT called me wanting the name of the thermostat. There WAS NO NAME on The actual thermostat. It was on the paperwork they had taken with them! There was a model # inside which I had already looked that up with no manufacturers name. I got no instructions.
