Since Fridaay 9/23/22 I have been attempting to obtain my vehicle's title that, but Automoney is refusing to accept my payoff for the amount they informed me was $800 on 9/26/22. Since 9/23/22 I attempted to make a debit transaction from which a secretary at the White Horse rd location, rudely hung up on me, while I was attempting to get information pertaining to the huge gap from what I was told compared to the amount my 1 month old loan was. The have charged my loan $250 more than what I was told it would be and I waanted to receive answers but all I have been able to receive were rebuttals in the form of hanging up on me, to not answering the phone nor taking my payoff causing me to prolong getting my title causing a later and higher payment and not allowing me to make a payment is a violation because they would then state that the payment is late or try to take repo my vehicle when they are not allowing me to pay the title off. These people have avoided me paying off this 1 month old title loan when I have contacted their corporate and their district manager whom corparte had call me shortly after that corporate was to have a male distric mangager call me but he never called and sent a message through a ********** employee at number 864-******** that I need to stop calling them, thats when i got upset, but I said they are problaby in violation from that issue so let me write them through this channel yet their practices are nothing like the docuemnt states they are charging more thatn what they signing paaper states and I should not be made pay additional daily fees when I am have an early payoff but they wont even allow me to pay it off i have called 5 stores including corporate and my assumption is they are preventing me from paying it off early and dont want me to pay it off through my debit card which makes me think why are they trying to cause me to add more money to a loan i have paid $156 dollars for a $715 loan still owe $797.00 no sign of early payoff
